My Connecticut studio is located in the rural college town of Storrs -- home to the University of Connecticut -- and was the location of my only studio from the Spring of 2000 until opening of my Virgin Island studio during the summer of 2003. Storrs is approximately 30 minutes from Hartford, 90 minutes from Boston, and 2½ hours away from New York City.
The studio was built in 1999-2000 and is a large post and beam barn that has large windows overlooking a pond. The studio is situated in a park like setting that I find to be wonderful for work and reflecting.
